REAL WORLD BENEFITS - A Case Study

‘In 2019 the inteliGlas system was installed in a Southern California office building with four floors and 85,000 sq ft of space. The property was built in 1979, and had a variety of legacy systems that varied from suite-to-suite.

During the first 14-months (pre-Covid) of inteliGlas system’s operation, the building’s occupancy increased by one-quarter (from 60% to 75%) and the rates for electrical service increased by 20%.
