Scott has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate including sales and leasing, investing, and managing properties.

As a broker representing both sides of the transaction, he closed over 980 transactions worth nearly $2 billion. At NAI Capital he formed the innovative ‘Team Martin,’ which combined office leasing and investment sales to analyze and assess strategic positioning of real estate deals. Martin’s experience in syndication of real estate investments helps inteliGlas clients to achieve the greatest ROI from their investment in inteliGlas.

As a designee of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) he maintains a cutting-edge understanding of all aspects of office space utilization, market segmentation and strategic negotiations. (A technical review project for SIOR inspired Scott to build inteliGlas.)

Scott earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon. He is a 30-year ‘White Suit Member’ and former Vice Chair of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association.

‘Eli’ leads the design and engineering of inteliGlas’ smart building software, hardware and cloud and AI architectures.

He is an elite Silicon Valley system architect and full-stack developer, with over 25 years of experience in software engineering, remote monitoring & control technologies, and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. He has held leadership roles in software programming and engineering at Nestle, Sun Microsystems, SCS Engineers, and UCLA’s Medical Center.

Eli designed real-time telemetry systems for six of the Top Ten waste management companies in the US, including a system to monitor over 600 Super Fund landfill sites. McGraw Hill’s ‘Engineering News Record’ recognized him as ‘Top of Field’ for his innovative work in remote monitoring & control technologies.

Eli studied bioinformatics and biochemistry at UCLA. He is ‘Ignition Gold Certified’ in SCADA systems, security, and analytics through Inductive Automation.

Mohammad (‘Moh’) has over 20 years of experience working with Information Technology in real estate and logistics.

From 1997 to 2008, he had a number of roles at the Los Angeles Unified School District including Central Offices – Systems and Network Administrator. In 2008, he joined Avon Company as a Senior IT Analyst. In 2019, he joined inteliGlas Corporation as the Director of Integrations, where he leads the firm’s industry-leading system installation teams and customer training and support.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management – Information Systems from Western Governors University in 2021 and studied Biochemistry at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He has a several technical certifications, including Cisco Certified Network Associate and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Rhyne has over 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry.

In 1991 he became the CEO of L A & A S and the Director of Real Estate Planning at ORS Associates. From 2000 to 2014, he was an Executive Vice President of Client Development at NAI Global, and from 2014 to 2017 he was the Co-Managing Partner of Rhinehart & Cancro LLC and the Chief Operating Officer of NAI Mexico. In 2018, he became the Equity Correspondent for VENTURE.co. In 2020 Rhyne joined inteliGlas as the Director of North American Sales.

Rhyne earned a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning/Finance at the University of Maryland – Robert H. Smith School of Business. He studied Real Estate Development at the MIT Sloan School of Management and obtained certification in Smart Buildings from the Telecommunication Industry Association. He served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer.
